I had no idea that we weren’t supposed to smell directly through the perfume and workers there did not hand out any samples for customers to smell.. She spotted me and immediately shouted at me. As a customer, I felt like she should just approached me and talked to me nicely instead of shouting directly at me in-front of the other customers. After shouting at me, it got worser.. She came back and pushed me on purpose without apologising.. And I felt like there wasn’t a need for me to scold her as I didn’t want to embarrassed her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It will be good for the store to out up notices to inform people that they are nit allowed to spray the goods, take off their masks while smelling etc. There was a chinese lady with long striaght hair telling the other staff who was serving me in a rather condescending tone that 'she (I) don't need a bag' x2 which i found it very ridiculous? you want me to hold those items back home using my arms? the staff serving me and I were so confused by what she said lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyra hit my leg and pass infront of me while I’m picking perfume. It’s just happening. She looks like she not even care about what she did. Maybe this will help this outlet to take this into concern. Some more, it seems all the review here said that service in this outlet been bad for quite sometimes. Is it always be like this in this outlet?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pretty okay visit in terms of staff service and product availability. However, rated one star less because there seemed to be a lot of people inside of the store with not much social distancing at all. Might be a concerning factor especially during times like these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 6 Large and 2 Mini candles! Inspite of buying so much, asked crate to a staff named “Anchala” & “Clara” so that I can carry the candles safe. But they were reluctant to offer! Such poor service and attitude of staff. As though we bought candles for charity!
