★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veeeeery clingy staff, breathing onto my arm. When I turned around to face her, I was met with a chin tilt. Don't need that kind of attitude. Suntec Khiel's has wonderful staffs though!

I’ve had quite a few unpleasant experiences shopping at Kiehl’s outlets. Perhaps donning a lab coat gave some of them a sense of superiority...

I can understand waiting in queue for 5-10 minutes before being allowed into the store due to social distancing measures.
But before entering the store, I was rudely asked to "prove it" that I had checked in using the QR code. Took out my phone to "prove it" but I was expected to check in again.
If you have doubts of your customers, then you don't deserve to have any.

Sharmain was helpful by letting me know that my mom had a $10 voucher i could redeem on her behalf, and enquiring what my and my mom's skin types were so she could pick out suitable complimentary testers for both of us. happy with the service!
