★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited bathlabz at trade hub 21. I must say I’m impressed with a wide range of Brands they have on display. Unlike some other shops that kept referring me to brochures. Ended up bought all my bathroom and kitchen stuff on my 1st visit.
After sale service was prompt as well when I faced a minor defect on my rinnai stove.

was not working properly and was very customer-oriented. He also followed up on all my queries. He is not a plumber but he is a great resource. Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually do review. Sales staff Jack is helpful and professional with advice pertaining to our new house. When my contractor is not that helpful, Jack advise us on what to install in the bathroom and what sizes to buy for the toilet bowl. After installation by our plumber, there is a minor thing that is defective, hence, Jack arrange for the brand supplier to call us for servicing. In then end, it was the plumber mistake of not installing the correct items that is due for leakage. By right, there is a transport and labor fee imposed on us as it was not the product fault. However, jack called the supplier and luckily, it was waived off. You need this kind of sales staff to follow up on client request and thank god we met the right ones. Thank you bathlabz for everything :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the 3rd time. Quality products at affordable prices. Wide range of grohe products and great discounts. Bought a sink and hob from them, after service was good and very responsive. Initially sink bought was wrong size but they were quick to rectify and offered a free exchange to the correct sizing although it was my ID mistake. Overall very pleasant and happy with their service.

We spent about two hours at the showroom and Alan was patiently addressing all our queries and letting us test certain products too. Will highly recommend Alan and Bathlabz!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non Responsible company ever. I don’t suggest to use this shop. We have some issue about their items. but company said “we just sell to the customer. What happened after that is no need to take a responsible. customer and ID need to settle. WE ARE JUST SELLING” one issue was actually ID problem because he didn’t measure our kitchen properly and can’t fit one of item. We don’t know that measurement so They need to take care of there selling item however shop suggest us to get more expensive one which can’t fit to our house but we never know. The other item was I personally call down and ask about issue they said “if not leaking it is out of warranty.” So… just better to consider to use this company. I think they are really connected with ID and they talk behind us for make money. Be careful
