Dennis and Stephie are able to spot areas of improvement that i was honestly not able to identify on my own may and were able to recommend accessory works and variations to improve one's performance. Honestly blessed to have found this place.

There’s 2 trainers for a class size of 4-10, which means you get almost personalised attention to your form and weight progression. I started off by doing 20kg cleans and in a year I’ve grown that over 3 fold! 10/10 would recommend

Bus stop just in front of the gym with buses going to town, east and west, AND 5 minutes walk from pasir panjang MRT. Pretty nice facilities, a lot of equipment and friendly staff. ?? Did I mention they have a lovely pet? ? Recommended.
