★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and well equipped gym but unfortunately the steam bath & Jacuzzi in the men's bathroom are still out of bound due to the pandemic. Patiently waiting for the reopening.
Usually go there with my wife and daughter. The gym plays Power 98FM radio which helps make it an enjoyable and upbeat workout every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I went to Mount Faber branch to register for my wife for promtional 1 month trial. The receptionist gave me the wrong form to take home for my wife to sign.
So went back this morning to exchange for the correct form. The man (I think he is Manager) was very unfriendly and aloof. There was no smile and there was this unhappy look on his face.
Even though I wanted to pay first and hope to take the documents home for my wife to sign-up. He flatly told the reception (she was friendly and polite) not to give me the form. He says my wife must be present to sign up for membership. We are members of SAFRA and I believe our memebership details are already in the system.
I cannot understand why signing up for a memebership should be made so difficult.
Bad experience.
