★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abit out of the way as it is located in the technopark. But then again the idea of this gym is to let office goers to have a quick workout.
The gym offers the basic free weights, cardio machines and multipurpose cable/Smith machine Station.
Good for solo/small group workouts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gym ever. Weights too light for an average guy, not maintained and even missing items. Good concept but poorly executed. Price would be fair if the gym is maintained to AT LEAST an AVERAGE standard. BIGGEST DEAL BREAKER: unstable bench.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ would like to say i’m a regular at The Gym Pod @ Alexandra, really a safe and great space for when i want to gym. i love the fact that i can have the whole place to myself or have it with friends (2-3 pax max). it’s the most affordable considering other options!
