Plagued with glaring issues and lack of response/transparency on the vendors part. I rarely and would prefer not to write negative reviews for businesses, but I believe it would be to the benefit of other consumers down the line. Bought a bicycle off Specialized late 2020, and BB Studio was their Exclusive Bike Builder. They fixed the bicycle up and brought it to me in good working order. All was good here. Things began to go downhill from there when a few problems surfaced, namely improperly over-torqued pedals, (took me a torque wrench, a trip to a mechanic, struggling by multiple mechanics, to get the pedals out) increasingly mushy rear brakes, and frequent shifting issues. Was told that it was "normal" for SRAM brakes and shifters to feel as such. But I doubt SRAM would design their products this way, having come from other bikes equipped with SRAM groupsets prior to this. Subsequent visits to other reputable bike mechanics, as well as a recent decision to prematurely upgrade to a GRX system, that led to a post-autopsy of my brakes showed that they were improperly bled, leading to a drastic difference in braking performance between the front and rear brakes. (What a surprise!) Sent my Diverge in for regular servicing during June 2021 and was told that the rear wheel had a free hub failure---not BB Studio's fault, but another hitch experienced nonetheless, and was told explicitly that the replacement would arrive in 2 weeks as per my conversation with BB Studio. Specifically told the mechanics to inform me on 14th June 2021 when the replacement wheels arrive, and mechanics reverted by telling me they "will let you know". Months fly by, and after contacting them again on 1st November 2021 regarding the wheels, heard no reply or constructive message from them, until 2 weeks later when they finally reverted to me, telling me that they could not find the warranty record and had to lodge a warranty claim again. After pressing the issue further, BB Studio told me that, and I quote them directly, "as you replaced the set and said nothing for that period of time we are having to follow it all up from start and I have to check if Specialized have the part". As if to add insult to injury, I was given a phone call by BB Studio, and was given a garbled response and a promise to return the wheels by Friday, 26 November 2021. Further delays plagued this, and we eventually settled on the wheel delivery date of Monday, 29 November, and was told that the delivery would be done within 1-3PM. As expected from their prior tardiness, I received a message at 3:48PM saying they were on their way, with no explanation or prior notification that they were going to be late. Little regard for business etiquette and for their customer's time. Bought a Fulcrum Racing 4 DBs off of them in June 2021 as well, due to the lack of wheels from the aforementioned issue. Within a short span of a couple months, the rear wheel started to lose its shape in an alarming way and did not appear to be properly trued. Brought the wheels to a couple of reputable mechanics in Singapore, and was told the wheels were not built properly and the issue could not be solved with a simple spoke tuning. Brought it back to BB Studio, and they cited me no proper reason or explanation after speaking to them about this, except that it happened "just from use". Being a 65KG guy who adopts a careful riding style, and only rolls on smooth tarmac, I really do not think I have the power to squash a good set of wheels from a longstanding Italian manufacturer so easily. They did eventually send back the wheels after truing them. Granted, I will not pin the blame on them entirely here, and will give them the benefit of the doubt. Nevertheless, I am currently handling the wheelset with extreme care and caution. Ultimately, a real shame and disappointing experience with BB Studio. A combination of tardiness, and what I perceive to be a lack of transparency and professionalism plagued this relationship. Not a standard befitting of Specialized's exclusive bicycle builder.

Great experience with mechanic Davis. Very friendly and humble guy. Bike came back with well tuned gears and smooth!
