B	Bob L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase made on 9/15/19 4:10p.m. Item purchased 1x 20th Anniversary box set. - Custard filling was very runny and did not have the consistency resembling previous purchases. - Staff slammed the shells onto the table puncturing a hole in the shell before tossing the filled puffs across the work surface. - After placing the puffs in the box, the plastic bag was swung across the counter-top and the box landed in a horizontal position. Only staff present showed sub-par attitude that leaves much to be desired. Most probably the reason there was no other customers present. Thanks for reading my review.

When I asked again, it got even ruder. As a staff who is supposed to handle customers, she has 0 patience, empathy and friendliness. I suggest she be trained and moved to another outlet as the thought of having to see her and relive the sour experience deters me, despite my cravings.

HORRIBLE service by this CHAO AH LIAN WANNABE(Nerd with dyed hair). It states the store opens at 1030am, by then they should already prepared some puffs but no, it was all left on the trays and not displaying it. She still have the audacity to tell me the store opens at 11am. Women, if you don't want to work, then don't. You are shaming the name of Beard Papa's.
