Ordered the pie crust vanilla fresh cream puff $3.30. Several items (including kazo kazo) were tagged Unavailable on the menu, not sure if they stopped selling or it was OOS on a Saturday 6pm. Service: Though service was pretty fast, many customers were stuck at using the one and only self service kiosk, so it jammed up the queue. Their buy5free1 promotion also made customers confused, wondering whether to key 5 or 6 puffs when purchasing. Since the staff at the counter ended up coming out frequently to check on customers getting stuck using the kiosk, the staff might as well spend the time taking orders from customers rather than letting them explore how to use the kiosk. Seems too inefficient. Food: As a fan of Kazo Kazu, i wanted to try if the cream puff here is as good. I was very disappointed though. Cream was so light that i couldnt taste it at all... it's like eating tasteless foam. I expected the puff to be crispy as i ate it immediately, but only the edges were crispy while the puff top was soft. Wont be back anymore.

Thai tea pie crust was lacking of Thai tea taste. The cream is towards the milky/vanilla taste. Crust is not bad nonetheless. Service was very fast.
