Good place to visit for Taiwan snacks, friendly staff. The shop is a bit small so much get crowded quickly at times.

for those who miz TW badly can make a trip down to hv TW feel. itz a shop tat makes u feel like u'r in TW Danshui. freshly made egg roll juz smells heavenly.

I was led into the store by the aroma of the freshly made egg rolls. Bought a handful to try together with the 牛扎饼 which was made there too. It didn’t disappoint. Felt the 太阳饼 was too sweet. Didn’t read it was brown sugar ones: Will be back for more egg rolls. Didn’t feel that service was lacking contrary to complains by other reviewers

Two ladies are at the shop making handmade eggrolls. Promotion available @$2.5 for 2. There are other Taiwan delicacies available.

Passed by the shop and was amused by the egg roll smell. We decided to went in and took a look. Wanted to buy 10 egg rolls for my family and another 10 for my in-laws. Asked the cashier aunty that if they provide box she said if by min 10 they will pack in box. So I told her that I want 10, 10 she replied in very rude tone and said “like that must put in plastic bag!” Me and my husband were shocked by her reply. Clarified with her again if can pack 10 in a box and another 10 in another box. And she replied “like that you just say 2 boxes la!” Like hello? We are not working in your shop, as a customer we are unsure if you are going to pack 20 egg rolls in a box that’s why we wanted to clarify before purchasing. She could have reply politely instead. Used to work in the service line, this is not the right way to reply the customer.

Highly recommended Egg Roll, Nougat cookie and Pineapple cake as not only tasty, is packaging is attractive too. Passed by is shop and tempted by the aroma of egg roll that it making. So walked in to have a looked. A lady was making egg roll. Taiwanese Egg Roll,there are 3 flavours, original, black sesame and seaweed. Egg roll selling 2 rolls for $2.5. Brought black sesame flavours in a gift box $12 for 10 rolls. Tried crisp and like it very much. Taiwanese 牛轧饼 $7.5 (nougat cookie) is chewy and a bit salty so is very tasty. But is quite expensive as $7.5 only 8 pieces only. 土风梨酥 pineapple cake $2.9 per piece is a combination of sweet and sour pineapple filling so is tasty too. There are many snacks from Taiwan too. It only accepted Nets or e-payment example Paynow.

This egg roll is tasty. But a bit pricey for just flour sugar & egg at $1.50. Well it’s thicker than usual egg rolls I suppose. Too bad the shop doesn’t accept paywave. I had to dig out coins for this. The aunty serving there isn’t the friendliest or most patient person. Be prepared to face some heat from her. It shouldn’t be but many store keepers are self entitled. Would I go back for the egg roll? Perhaps if I’m there and craving a snack but not purposefully. The roll is pretty crumbly so bring it home and eat over a plate or you’ll just be generating trash on the street and wasting your money since most of your egg roll fell down while eating. They sell so-called handmade Taiwanese nougat crackers too but pretty pricey at $7.50 Per pack with few pieces. I was not moved to buy any.

Enjoy coming to this tiny store with aroma of egg rolls. Thank God didn’t experience the same bad service from other reviewers as would be sad to not to be patron of this store anymore. The products in this store are displayed to show the specialties of different regions of Taiwan. There are labels at the top of what region food comes from. Taiwan pride in quality of their local food and specialty. Culturally they care so much about good quality that there was national outcry when their govt was going to succumb to USA’s pressure to allow American meat import, which is known to be full of antibiotic. The eggs rolls are made daily and my favorite taste is original! Come experience watching them make it! Another item I like is the flavored vinegar which is known to be very healthy just like apple cider vinegar, but you get to pick many flavors.
