β β β β β Bought a package previously. Called plaza sing branch. Told they will only give me an appt the same day if I am signing a new package otherwise to wait for 1 week as old packages need a 1 week before being given a slot. This was not told to me on signing and I doubt it is company policy. So i called the balestier branch who gave me an appt the same day. Also been sold many items I dont use prior. Charged $50 to cut 1cm of fringe previously. Be prepared to be pressured imto buying packages you do not necessaily need in this chain.

β β β β β Very disappointed. The stylist did not even know how to do a simple blow Dry! My hair was still damp until I told her. On top of that she over charged me saying my hair is extra long when actually I only have hair length until my bra strap. Will never go back and I would definitely NOT recommend this salon to anyone

β β β β β Service is good but once you are seated they will try very hard to convince you to buy packages or upsell you. Saloon is very old and tired, not luxurious especially for the price you pay.

β β β β β THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE - ENDED UP WITH A DAMAGED PERM WITH A BURNT LINE NEAR MY SCALP.
Went for a perm under then Fave deal. Upon scalp analysis, I was told that I had to top up the payment from $58 to $200 because my hair condition was not suitable for the perm treatment. Which I did.
I wanted smaller curls but the hair stylist did not seem to get it and after going through numerous images of hairstyles, they understood that I wanted a "messy, voluminous look". The first round of perming was an extremely painful 3 hours process - my hair was tugged tightly by the assistant and there was nothing enjoyable about it. When I saw my hair after, I was really unsatisfied as there was hardly any curls when it was dried. So I told the stylist and she made some rude comments before perming my hair again - I went ahead anyway as I did not want to pay blindly for a perm which would not last more than 2 weeks (against my better sense given the painful bad first experience).
Endured another 2 hours of perm and there was definitely volume and curls after, but my hair looked extremely frizzy and fried. I noticed a crimp at the roots at the salon but thought that this would be temporal and would be gone with a hair wash.
However it's been 3 full days now and are still CRIMPED, FRIZZY AND TOTALLY DESTROYED. The crimp is what is really bothering me - itβs a permanently ugly line that runs along my hair line, that looks as though the hairline is burnt - actually it probably is. To boot, so much more of my hair fell out as I ran my fingers through in the shower after the first day...This has never happened and Iβm usually experimental when it comes to hair and am okay with less than ideal results, when it happens. But I literally cried in the shower when I realised how bad my hair condition was.
I have never written a bad review in my life, but it really sucks to feel this bad after paying $200 for a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS IF I COULD.

β β β β β I would rate no star if i could. My hair is above shoulder length and the rebonding cost me around $300 and it didnt last for 2 weeks. The owner will keep asking you to add a lot of treatment and if you refuse they would be like " oh no , we can't do this without this treatment as it will damage your hair " blahblahblah... so why are you asking my opinion when you think it has to be done ? And therefore , i decided to try...
However , the way the staff did is not that soft , i seriously feel pain on my scalp after the rebonding. And there are few times they almost burn the skin on my neck when they dry my hair.
In short , that would be my first and last visit...
??? bad service
???worst experience

β β β β β The moment I sit down and say what Iβm intended to do one of the staff straightaway hard sell me the other treatment which quite irritating and so pressure they donβt care about my main concern just push sales until I say yes! But other staff are fine, just one the staff not sure if sheβs the supervisor or not but just very hard selling, not professional and her speech was inconsistent! Definitely wonβt be going back again!

β β β β β Saw their FB ad and decided to try. Service was ok. The guy did try to upsell me with other treatments/products. I did sign 2 sessionsfor hair treatment, hair highlight and base colour. When I went for my treatment, I was then told it do not include base color and ask to top up. And also the treatment was merely applying "serum". Anyway now I have a difficult time fixing appointment for my 2nd session. Texted them ,no reply. Call them, cannot get thru

β β β β β Decided to try this Salon for a quick haircut to support a fellow SME. Unfortunately the stylist was distracted and was rushing through the haircut. I'm generally not fussy but even a simple haircut it was poorly done. I think that even QB house has better standard. Partly my own fault as I should have checked their reviews on Google beforehand.
