★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grouchy girls working in the store are not suited for working in a place called "the better toy shop". Colleagues who are obviously not the happiest to lend each other a hand when customers needs clarification. They (in particular one girl while another just stares into space, last girl is ok) cannot be bothered to help and when asked, pull a long face and quickly the service over and done with. Not the best with kids nor adults. Fortunately, service at Paragon branch is alot better so probably better experience shopping there than at the PS branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy that they have opened one in Plaza Singapura and the store is huge, well not as big as the one in Jewel but still comparable. We usually frequent the store at Tanglin and was surprised the have moved to a smaller store at 3rd level. Was so couped up WFH till I did not know they have moved.
Was happy that the girls from Tanglin was there in Plaza Sing as she was very helpful and cheerful. I remembered their name were Glazer and Klarrisa. This has always been my go-to place for buying toys for my little one and friends baby shower gifts. I am an advocate of sustainable toys and I believe in paying for quality toys and toys that support early child development.
Keep up the good works guys and looking forward for my Xmas shopping with you guys. I always believe in giving reviews to the store that deserves it.
