海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot @Plaza Singapura

Long waiting time (45mins) despite already made reservation at 7pm, only went in around 745pm. Drinks were served to us while waiting. Services was good when eating steamboat even the restaurant was packed. The waiter was attentive and can feel his passion in his job despite wearing mask can feel his cheerfulness. Overall very good experience..

Usual great haidilao service at the steamboat place, though price came up to $100 for 2 pax. You're paying for the experience and the staff were cheerful and perky. Arrive at 18.45 or earlier on a weekday (non Friday) and getting a table will be no issue at all.

Love their delicious condiments and free flow of desserts ? fried mantou is good, ordered some fish, chicken, pork and beef, all good, and prawn paste (a must at hotpot), spinach, fish skin and rolls and droplet looking balls. Beancurd pudding and lime ice cream are a must that somehow frees the tummy for more food lol. Honeydew slices that only seem to refresh the appetite than make me full :) will come again whee. About 170+ for 3 tummies

First time eating at Haidilao and i guess what everyone has been saying is true. Their service is exceptional?. I've rarely felt this welcomed and noticed! They are all smiles, very attentive and willing to help out with anything as expected. The servers were very friendly, giving blanket to our friend that was cold, helping us to scoop out the excess oil from the broth, being very attentive with our drinks and also clearing of our empty plates. It might be normal for HDL but to me it's my first time so i was very pleasantly surprised:) The manager (i think) even took time to stop by and help us arrange our tray of ingredients so that it's easier for us to take and cook.. Even though it was also 12+ am they were happy to help provide us with a small cake and some fruits as it was our friend's birthday. The noodle dance thing was also entertaining and the guy doing it was all smiles! Food wise, just by the texture and taste and even the looks, you can already tell that it is fresh and has quality. The variety of condiments was perfect and so was the broth:) Love the chilli oil, the mala and especially the mushroom broth!!! They have another sauce that was yummy, reminded me of the mookata's one... 200% will return to this outlet in the future to dine in!

Served by a very pleasant and humorous waiter who lights up our day. He is very good at talking and very energetic. He is a one of the unique person I have come across in HDL. My first time visiting Plaza Singaura branch and happy with the overall experience. Hai Dia Lao really lives up to its reputation.

Yet again, exceptional service and quality food. Special shutout to the Huayu soup which was refreshing, a bit like pork bone soup but light and flavourful. They do birthdays right during covid period

Its always a great experience coming to the Plaza Singapura outlet. As a regular here, I always appreciate the great service and wonderful recognition from the staff. They often recognise us and are always quick to acknowledge us when we arrive. Manager 亮哥 always tries to get us our table fast, which we really appreciate. And during our latest visit, service staff 王小云姐, who served us a couple of times before, really went out of her way to take care of us. I havent even got to talk about the food, which as my experience goes, has always been enjoyable. You know i will be back again.

It's a steamboat restaurant and serves sichuan style hot pot. Service staff is very attentive. She provides us with hand phone plastic covers. Offers the ladies with hair band. Ingredients are fresh and at a slightly premium price. The Ma La is actually very spicy! at least for me. The place is very group friendly. Seating is spacious with comfortable seats.
