★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional at all. 1 hour customized facial became 40mins facial just because the beautician had another customer after my facial. Perhaps her other customer was having more premium facial than mine. Else, I cant think of another reason why my 1 hour facial became 40mins facial.
Will definitely not engage her facial service anymore!
