Attitude problem receptionist, unprofessional reply when I asked her if the doctor had came in. She also instructed me to close the door properly like an army commander. My concern is safety and therefore to leave the place as quickly as possible after consulting the doctor and may not have noticed the door is non-automatic. Still no smiles nor thank you from her after i had done so. Dr Samuel gave me a very unfriendly, unhappy and stern look when i entered the consultation room. Probably he isn’t happy that I didn’t knock on the door and ask for permission prior to entering. He never asked me for my problem, I break the silence and started telling him why I am here. I was like consulting an army doctor. I stood outside the clinic while waiting for my prescriptions, for safety reasons as the clinic is rather small. A staff was too lazy to step out to call me in to get my prescription but gotten another patient to alert me. Staff is cool, unfriendly, unprofessional. The place is uncomfortable and uneasy from the moment I stepped in till I leave.

I called to check if clinic accept patients with fever and sore throat to be confirmed if it is covid posi6. Before I could finished talking the lady on the phone just cut me off. My call was at 0905 on 4 Feb 2022

The receptionist is super nice and gentle! I forgot to bring along my passport and i only have a photo of my passport and she was telling me that its okay to proceed. I was like huuu...thanks god! Finished my PCR test with good service!

On Friday, I went to the clinic to see the doctor. I did ART and the result was Covid-positive, but I did not receive a SMS from the Ministry of Health within 24 hours. I have contacted the clinic more than 20 times but no one has answered from morning until afternoon.

Unnecessary long waiting time manned by rude nurses. Very disorganised. Told to outside the clinic without proper instruction from nurse. Saw doctor on Tuesday (did ART and result was Covid positive) but did not receive SMS from MOH within 24hours (as of time of writing Thursday still no update). Called clinic more than 30 times but no one pick up from morning till afternoon.

Booked a VTL post arrival ART test with this clinic. Notice on the glass door stated to wait outside and do not enter. Waited for more than 30 minutes and there was already a few people behind us also. One nurse from the dental clinic then decided to come out and informed us that the clinic is closed due to staff tested Covid positive. Clinic is so irresponsible that they didn’t bother to inform us through SMS or WhatsApp, didn’t bother to paste a notice on glass door to inform us. Worse was that the dental nurse gave us some contact numbers to call but was either not contactable ( phone must switched off ) or another line that was always not able to call through for 15 mins. Wasted our time and have to urgently look for another clinic to do the test.

I arrived outside the clinic at 12.20pm. I was patiently waiting for the lady at the counter to finish assisting a patient infront of me. When she was done, she yelled across that clinic that the clinic closed. But I mentioned that it's only 12.25. she said, yes because of Chinese New Year it closes early. Further more the signage at the clinic front was opened. The thing is, at least update it in Google or clinic website that last registration is at 12pm or 12.15pm. Totally disappointed with clinic.

Doctor Raymond Yap is very dedicated to serve the public . Despite long queue of patients outside the clinic, he is attentive to personally step outdoors to invite every patient next in line to his room. He is also alert to give priority to a sick toddler who require immediate attention. He promptly issued a letter for the anxious parents to bring her to hospital. The doctor is very caring and patiently provide explanation with initiatives. He calmed my boy down while he draws blood sample for DF analysis. They have a outdoor designated area for covid testing and the doctor conduct the testing and area disinfection himself. It is a lot of work so only someone with passion to serve the public will have such energetic capacity. Usually other doctor just sit in the room and patient enter via queue number display or mentioned by counter staff. 宅心仁厚???
