My whole family visits Dr Neo's clinic for all our dental needs, including braces. Love the professionalism, patience and warmth of her and her doctors. None of us were afraid of pain when being treated by her. Highly recommended!

Dr Neo and her staff are so friendly and caring! My daughter needs to have 2 baby teeth extracted as her new ones are coming out. She was very scared initially but Dr Neo is really great with kids and made her feel at ease. Before she knew it, both her teeth are removed painlessly while she was chit chatting with Dr Neo. I had my braces >10 yrs and recently I am tasked to look for clinic for my niece. Having braces is a long journey since I experienced tat. I compared reviews, price, retainer price, payment method ( CDA ) and operating hours, which I finalised at NEO Smiles. Our first consultation with Dr Jason is beyond my expectation. He is very detailed and professional in explaining the cause and potential issue for my teenage niece. I highly recommend Dr Jason should you need any braces consultation. And i must say they have the best dental assistants. I have called up so many clinics, they are detailed and friendly.

Completed my invisalign journey here and satisfied with the outcome. Dr Neo and her team were professional, meticulous and friendly! (I'm sure kids would love the cartoon playing on the ceiling which helps in distraction :) ) Also felt very assured when Dr Noah performed my wisdom tooth surgery. He was also friendly which lightens up the mood.
