If there was 0 stars I would have given it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT ENTER. The girls are extremely pushy and will always attempt to upsell you at every opportunity. They appear cheerful and friendly but they don’t even remember their own customers. They offer “lower” rates and therefore will always have to refer to their booklet and your membership number to make sure the perks are given correctly. Do make sure to check that you’ve all the perks, free sea salt, free polish if that’s what you have agreed upon. Also, not all them sterilise and sanitise their equipment before use. Some will spray alcohol but mostly don’t. Their classic manicure service they do not wash your hands or rinse with water. So it’s a little odd to have all that filing and then nail polish painted over. The girls always makes it seem as though it’s life and death that you have fungus, calluses etc. It makes every experience after the first, uncomfortable. Now I just want to finish my package and always remind myself that you get what you pay for being a cheapskate.

They don't sterilize their tools and there is this one female staff she ignored me when I said I want to do the normal menicure. She said she only do the expensive ones and so push me to other staff. Luckily this staff is patience enough and hardly do any hardsell, but this attitude does not apply to most of the other staff. I saw staff hardselling to their own customers. You get what you paid for, their prices are considered cheap, but in exchange you will get bad attitude and not so good environment.

So many bad reviews yet the company not doing anything to improve. So regret that I read the reviews way after I’ve signed up a package with them. Very poor service and lousy workmanship, pushy and can be rude at times. Their attitude TOTALLY CHANGED once you signed up. Anyhow deduct the amount from your package and abuse you during the treatment if you reject the upsell such us putting lots of glue upon eyelash extension or buff your fingers on purpose while buffing the nails. It’s painful. The Singapore Consumer Association should really look into it. Worst experience ever.

The quality of gel nails is good, can last many weeks without chipping, however always hard sell. Although I made appointment, still waited 1hr+

horrible service. they bad mouth about u and used mandarin vulgarities while communicating amongst themselves, they did not do a good job, they talk too much to each other, the staff keeps sighing because of customer's "poor" feet condition. even if the staff is from China n cannot speak proper english, i still find that it is unethical or rude for a service staff to "tap" on the UV light machine to tell u to take your hand in/out. they also tried to sell us a package worth $488 up to $1288, mentioned to have lifetime membership, no expiration on package. the seats were badly stained. they did not do the final step of buff n shine your nails. only realised it after we left. we did the $36 classic medi + pedi. Added a colour and it became a separate charge of medi and pedi (total $52). what a scam. apparently people from other units also stopped by the shop to "borrow" their nail colours. bet they are under the same company but different brand names. overall, it was an unpleasant experience. not recommended at all.

Go to them at your own risk. They will tell you one promo price in order for you to enter into their counter, after they spent more than half an hour to draw your eyebrow and quickly put the numb cream, then let you know the actual price to do the embroidery. When questioned the above, they will tell you it is marketing strategy. Since you are half way done, with no choice to proceed. The end result is you will pay super high price, the brown was not embroidered properly and evenly. The so call beautician can leave you half way and attend to those new walk in customers, which my brown was bleeding without being attended carefully, such unhygienic handling causes slight infection on my brown. lesson learned !

was casually walking around and the staff started persuading me to go in for at least a good 5-10mins and was dragged in by them to get something done. did a lash curl there for $38 and it is not worth it at all? lash was badly curled in all directions and glue also got into my eyes which felt really painful. the curl was so bad i had to result to cutting my lash last night…

Did I have a choice? No. I told them multiple times that I did not want to buy the package, but in the end the person who served me gave me a shock when she asked me "what is your reason for not getting the package", and I gave in to her because I wasn't in my right mind. Their hard selling is way scarier than what one can imagine. Did extensions there too, and it actually came off after one week. I can't describe how unhygienic their shop is, ants and spiders crawling everywhere, they will never ever clean their tools, so you will get to share the dead skin of the person who came before you. That's how disgusting it is. Don't be cheapo and think that it is a good deal to buy their service because of all the "oh we will give you free soak off, free colour.. etc". Rubbish. Did extensions with two colours, I was charged $150+ for their service, because they will just charge you extra when you're doing your nails halfway, and you won't be able to reject, because your extensions will fall off easily if you didn't get the gel they mentioned. I'm typing this while paying attention to that another extension nail that is going to fall out soon. They talk a lot too, so just don't go there ya
