Natalie was skillful and very quick in completing the eyelash extension. Came out pretty nice!

Good service and skillful staff. Though the appointment had a hiccup where we were supposed to have 2pax, it was mistaken to be 1pax. In the end we had to wait for one another. But all is well as it was good service.

Great experience! Done the eyelash extensions by Summer, she is very friendly and good skilled, taught me how to maintain it too.The extension lasting longer than my previous experiences!

Went for an eyelash extensions touch-up today, which only took less than 15 mins. Bad service, eyelashes aren't done nicely and everything is overpriced. Staff almost charge me an additional $5 for putting on an "eye mask" without my consent. Highly do not recommend doing your eyelash extensions here

BAD The only reason why I’m giving it 5 stars it’s just so people can see it. I visited highbrow upon purchasing the fave voucher. When I arrived, the lash technician told me under voucher, I am only eligible to do “natural” style unlike stated in their description. I proceeded to lie down as she quickly “cleanse” my lashes with her FINGERS. Unlike other lash places where they would use water or a brush to clean my bare lashes and eyes. Highbrow lash technician uses fingers instead. She proceeded to quickly rub her fingers against my eyelids, and proceed to put on my lashes on right after. The entire process ended in lash than an hour and it felt very rushed despite being empty in the shop. And no, she was not rushing because she had another client, I heard her talking to her colleague asking her to throw rubbish with her. I’m not sure if it’s their standard protocol or is the lash technician cutting steps as we are using the voucher. Also, I found a tiny gemstone on the lash bed and passed it to the lash technician to dispose of it. (Must be from the previous customer). She didn’t wash or sanitise her hand after as she was with me the whole time. The only reason why I’m righting this is because my eye is red and sticky. Due to the lashes being stuck soooo close to my eyelid. I can literally feel it when I blink my eyes. In the photos, u can see it being attached less and 0.1cm away from my natural lashes. Not leaving out the blob of glue on my lashes as well.

Did a eyelash extension using their new Korean lash. It was done quite fast by Joyce- in like an hour or so only. The lashes lasted quite long, and also was quite nicely done. Was doubtful previously due to the bad reviews. However, the staffs are not very friendly, don’t expect very good service here.

Bought a fave voucher and did eyelash extensions here, Kai Ling was very gentle with my eyes and the whole process was fast and very comfortable! The eyelashes looks great too! Thank you ☺️

Went to their new outlet in Orchard Gateway for Combination (7D+ Enliven) Eyebrow Embroidery. Initially i was super upset with the brow shape & design done by one of the brow specialist, as it didnt fit or match my face shape at all. But the Creative Director offered me another round of reconsult & redesign of my brows, communicated & understand well regarding what kind of brows i want and arranged another day to redo as my brows yet to totally heal. So after 2 weeks i had my brows redone by their creative director & it finally looks nice & proper. Now it definitely look way better than in the picture alrd. Thanks for the effort!
