β β β β β Great experience as usual but limited staff even though there were lots of empty table. Highly recommend to book in advance.
Soup was flavourful and ingredients was fresh. :)

β β β β β The decor of this outlet was very pink :D
We got the collagen soup and ma la soup, both were delicious.
We also ordered 1 meat platter & 1 seafood platter, which both came very beautifully presented. Other things we ordered: assorted meatballs, ebiko prawn paste (the best out of all imo), fried tofu skin, some veg & sauces.
I was pleasantly surprised by their attentive service. They helped cook the prawn paste. They were automatic with refilling our luohan fruit tea. They saw our plates were dirty from the shellfish and they gave us new plates & we didn't have to ask for it. They also topped up the soup broth automatically. At the end, they also gave us a complimentary yuzu ice blended drink as well as a fruit platter.
Not forgetting, safety measures were great. They gave us hand sanitizer before we stepped in and zip lock bags to keep our masks.

β β β β β The outlet is situated in Westgate shopping L3, part of Paradise Group F&B chain. Opens from early afternoon to 3am daily, good for night owls out there. There is further discount periodically after 1030pm. Service is decent for what you are paying. Pricing is fair for its class but can be very pricey depending on what you order. Food items turned out to be fresh. Collagen pork broth deserve a commendation. I personally don't like their interior design, looks like some pink hair salon (targeted at young girls, unsuitable for business meal).

β β β β β We had a Paradise Group voucher so we decided to visit the outlet at Westgate since it was along our way.
The last time I visited one of their outlets was before covid and I'm happy to say that their standards haven't dropped by much. The quality of the shabu meats on offer is very good (although on the pricier side). The collagen broth is as tasty and rich as I last remembered it to be.
Service is good but you can tell that they are stretched/understaffed. They no longer have the sauce counter where you can create the dip of your choice (for the obvious reasons) but other than that, everything was pretty good.

β β β β β Beauty in the pot is one of the household names for late night hotpot.
Went on a weekday night around 8pm and managed to get a table immediately.
In the past have to book way in advance or walk in and wait at least 2 hours.
One section of the restaurant was cordoned off. The restaurant seemed understaffed as requests for beverage top up was forgotten.
The appetiser snacks and popular condiments were wiped out by 8.30pm. Asked for a refill but no responseβ¦
Nevertheless food is good and I will return.

β β β β β Going to a chinese hotpot is my first experience and i loved it. The choice of selections to try was wide. Being new to this cuisine, we were assisted by the staffs with the recommendations.
They have a seperate dip section, wherein you could create your own or they have displayed 6 top dip recipes for you create. I personally tried two of those and loved it ?.

Staffs - 4 (language English was a bit of a challenge)
Covid19 protocol- 4 ( mask was mandated away from seat)

Service is average as i observe a lack of staff, you will have to wait for your service.
Food is fresh and soupbase is tasty.
Give their meatball menu a miss, not tasty. Also condiments/ sauces are overpriced! Minus 1 star.

β β β β β Spacious and not crowded. Donβt need to wait very long. Broth is rich and soup is tasty. 2 pax at $170 after gst and service charge, didnβt order seafood. Cost is definitely on the higher side but ingredient is service is good. Will recommend!
