★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest stall. Ordered a lot of fish, but when we started eating at home there was only 1 piece (see receipt). The mala tasted good, but the dishonesty is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a popular malaxiangguo stall at L5 foodcourt of Jem. There was quite a long queue. The mala taste is good, but not extraordinary. The good point is the affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular MaLaXiangGuo stall at this foodcourt, usually have a queue near meal times... so avoid peak timings. Good for eating along or sharing with a close friend. MaLa hit sauce sure has sufficient fire that can cause one to strike out a sweat even in an air-con environment. Price seems to head northwards recently with a smaller amount of ingredients.
Love to snack on their fried peanut toppings near the end of the meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is easily the most popular Ma La Xiang Guo in Jurong East. And it is easy to understand why.
The food choices might be more or less similar to their competitors, but the spices they use seem to be superior and this sets them above the rest at the price point.
There is a strong frangant from afar and is easily the most popular stall in the Jem food court.
We selected the medium spicy and it is already very burning for me. I heard to highest level, that my wife likes is super burning hot. No way I am gonna challenge that.
There is a huge selection of food and the completed dish goes very well with the rice. Rice is reasonable and service is fast when the queue is not so long.
Be prepared to wait for some time during peak hours.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Mala Xiang Guo in the west. Choose from a variety of fresh vegetables and meat. They cook for u on the spot and u can choose level of spiciness. Last time $20 -free rice. Very clean environment stall inside food court. After covid no more such promotion. Foodcourt can get very crowded -no seats if u eat in at peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the most popular Mala in Jurong East. Just be warned that the queue can get long during meal times. The selection of ingredients is wide and it’s easy to pick up what you need. My fiancé found it to be a tad too salty for his liking, other than that the Mala is flavourful and fragrant. I would still say give it a shot if you’re in the area
