J	Jun wen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their refreshing orange green tea with honey pearls!! Is pretty good for a non-milk tea option, tasted like fresh orange juice with a green tea after taste and the honey pearls are a must get!!

My number was 812 and they called 817 already and then they realised they did not do my order... this was after 15min of waiting and not even apologising. they still can give me a wrong order after they checked my receipt!!!! what the heck lol Also I was here for the wheat tea latte and they said it was OOS. No sign to indicate that though??? irresponsible
W	Wei Feng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via the app and didn't realise I chose the wrong location (Milksha app remembers the location of your last order and automatically chooses for you, unless you specifically opt to change it). Went down to the Westgate outlet to collect, only to be told that it is the wrong outlet. Both the staff and manager then contacted the other outlet to inform them that I will be collecting here instead. It was my mistake for choosing the wrong outlet to begin with. Extremely good service ?

Refused to allow my request to opt out of Earl Grey jelly from the promotional Valrhona Cocoa Frappe only giving the reason that it is the company SOP. Tried to recommend another Valrhona cocoa drink by saying its the same thing without cream and ice. How can it be same if it is another drink? It will be more "same" if the topping is just removed. Uninstalled my Milksha app and no longer a customer. A competitive market like bubble tea has no place for unnecessarily rigid policies.
B	Bernlad Japheth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty helpful staff who explains menu items and promotions very clearly. However, a couple of them can be quite careless with delivery orders. I once got pearls in my tea when I didn't add any in my order (I absolutely hate having pearls in my tea). Good thing I was at home so I just transferred the tea to another cup without the pearls.
C	C Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got my drink smooth n fast as i pre-ordered for self pick-up via capita3eats. at 1st stance dun reali like the pearls cos i thought it was too hard but aft awhile i feel it is actually chewy. the staff also do their diligence by checking my order # before they handed me my drink. ovrall was a gd experience.

For me to leave a subpar review for items under $6 would be rather rare, but I thought it would genuinely help especially when costs are rising and businesses challenging to sustain. The drink was very "watered" down, perhaps because we ordered 30% sugar. It tasted like diluted milk. The pearls were hard and rather bland. This was the latte series. There were neither tea or milk "fragrance". The factors listed above should be the essentials of a basic bubble tea, which in my humble opinion did not meet the basic requirements. There were just 2 customers infront of me on a Sunday early evening, therefore shopper traffic shouldn't be a factor in preparing the drink. They had all the time they needed. Customer service was fine, the gentleman at the cashier told me to like their social media before I could get their promotional drink which I initially ordered. I ended up getting another drink because I didn't want to go through the hassle hoops. Just my 5 cents worth to value add.
