It has been a long time since my last visit and still, they are one of my best choices of Thai Food in the Western part of Singapore. With their $6 Set Lunch promotion Monday to Sunday, 11am to 5pm it makes it so affordable and tempting for me to come here frequently. Their lunch set menu is limited with one main dish listed on the menu with a choice of drinks at $6. Well fried with strong Wok Hei, these Drunken Noodles are firey thus beware if you do not intend to take spicy dishes. Drunken noodles ingredients includes shredded squid and kiffir Lime Leaves elevating the taste. Phad Thai is always on a sweeter side coupled with peanuts and chilli flakes by the side. The Phad Thai is deliciously coated in its tangy and sweet sauce with a generous amount of eggs. Other ingredients include prawns, chive and beansprouts. These prawn cakes are ordered additionally on top of the lunch promotion set meals. The texture is similar to what we have from the fish cakes. These cakes were coated with crumbs and accompanied with Thai Sweet and Sour Chilli Sauce. The texture was soft and springy with a sweet-tasting bite. Coupled with the sweet and sour chilli sauce and it makes this appetiser so welcoming for us.

Standard dropped quite abit.. Came here before 1-2 years ago. Tom yum soup seafood ingredients decreased, used to have fish slices but now it’s just 2 prawns & a couple of sotong. Soup was more on a sour side today (not what i remembered to be spicy&tangy) Garlic fried pork: don’t order. Standard dropped too, pork was quite dry & tough to bite… Thai fried rice: Rice was fragrant and lots of eggs. Chicken came with it has the chicken smell & gets sian over time. Super oily too, bottom of the plate it’s just bits of rice soaked with oil.. Pork basil rice: Egg was cold (normal) but pork was too dry… little to no sauce. But generous amt of pork was given. Overall, 3/5 for price point! There’s $6 set meal with drinks from Mon-Fri till 5pm if i’m not wrong. Quality wise 2/5 since it’s dropped since the last time i ate :(

I keep going back for the red tom yam soup - very spicy and tangy, just the way it should be! The pad thai noodles were pretty good too and they were able to accommodate our meat-free request by putting tofu and vegetables only. Been here many times and service is quick and place is clean.

Food tastes very good and is relatively inexpensive. The thai iced green tea was quite revolting. The ambience is a bit lacking.

Soup : 3/10 Rice: 3/10 Dessert: 7/10 Drinks: 8/10 Service: 3/10 Waitress don’t bother to hear you out, walks away while you are still talking. They forgot about one of our dish and we waited for about 30 mins till we are served our last dish.

Food taste below average. Squid with lime sauce- Unfresh. Expect single size squid instead of this frozen cut squid. Fry garlic pork- Tough meat, pork has no garlic taste. Basically just fried pork strip with added fried garlic topping. Pandan chicken- not fragrance.

Gave this restaurant a try and it serves yummy thai food. The red tom yum seed is very addictive- spicy and addictive. Minced pork is tasty and goes nice with tom yum and rice. The deep fried garlic pork is palatable except too hard for biting.The pineapple fried rice tasted bland Might consider coming back to try other dishes as pricing is affordable for mall restaurant.
