★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable seats and not too crowded on weekday afternoon as compared to JEM where I saw plenty of individual taking a table or 2 tables combined to sit 1 person. The staff here are pretty friendly and are quick to response when I ordered the wrong drink. One of the more spacious coffee bean with more seats ??

Conveniently located at neighbourhood heartland of Jcube within walking distance to Jurong East MRT and bus interchange Westgate JEM IMM Big Box Jurong Health with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library cinemas entertainments groceries sundries postage services community centre and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is open 24/7. Service staff was nice to help us get seats. Had a impression their cakes were good, but sadly wasn’t. Drinks were good as usual! Due to Covid, we felt the overall dining experience was downgraded as cakes were served in paper plates and plastic forks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the most wonderful experience today while looking for whole beans at this branch of CBTL. One of their staff assisted me. He even asked if I needed the beans grounded, which I declined since I have a grinder at home. He was so nice to even offer me a free Brewed coffee because I bought a cute little mug that was discounted with my purchase of the beans. He was very polite throughout and I really enjoyed my time there although the entire process took only about 5 minutes. Keep up the good work at the wonderful service. Make that nice gentleman staff of the month already. :D Thanks!
