★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old building needs many improvement works done. most shops are for kid's learning. Piano, tuition, arts class, TCM, clinics, bakery. The only passenger lift is slow and always crowded and the escalator don't work most of the time. The roof top food court are full of hygiene problems. Dirty floors, serious birds nuisance.
