★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequency of the train is obviously not every 2 mins. If the train has just arrived and the next train will only come 5 mins later, how can it be "every 2 mins" ? And this is during peak hours when everyone is rushing to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overhead bridge right on top of the MRT, which is underground. On the other side is the old turf club and Dunearn Road. On main side is sixth avenue Guthrie House and some shophouses, although you still have to walk a bit to get to it. Its very quite and clean and the bridge is big and boxy, with escalators on both sides. From the MRT you can exit on both sides of the road. Toilet is always very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New station (circa December 2015) on the Downtown Line. Good for visiting Hwa Chong, National JC and a few other prestige schools in the area.
Nearby shops are Coronation Plaza and Crowne Plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern and clean train station allowing students of nearby educational institutions to get to school without having to adding to the traffic on the buses and the cars. Used to be a horrendous nightmare during peak periods.
Station named after the founder of Hwa Chong Institution, Mr Tan Kah Kee.
