Service is inconsistent. Often times experienced the staff at store not keen to assist or indifferent to customer query...Hope it is an aberration n and not practice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a member of this store and always go to either Suntec City or Parkway Parade outlet. Honestly, the service in Parkway Parade outlet was terrible. I was served by two retail assistants (one malay/pinoy). The malay lady was helpful but the pinoy lady was rude. She seemed unfriendly and unhelpful with my enquiry. I hope they will improvise their service. Otherwise, you're turning customers away.
