Called in advanced to check for availability, was told to come by the reception. When arrived, the reception told me to come earlier as they going for lunch 12pm (I called 11am to ask) - they could’ve told me right? The place was old, as the doctor has 40 plus years experience. I thought the place could be just old but when I went inside I was a little regretted looking at the equipments. Now that I’ve done the teeth cleaning I began to worry about potential disease that I may be contacted from the procedure. Should’ve went to those better appearance place rather than believing in years of experience alone.

Though the dental clinic looks antic and old but the experiences of Dr Chow is awesome. I have had two different occasions having my molar tooth abstracted. The whole procedure took placed less than 15 minutes and is unpainful. The fees is very reasonable. I would recommend this dental clinic for those whom needed to abstract their tooth and couldn't afford a high fee.

Absolute worst and outdated CRM system. I was informed to come for a routine appointment. Was only given few days notice and after i told them i could not make it that week, the receptionist scolded me and was annoyed at me for missing prior appointments (which i had no recollection of). I was informed she will book an appointment on 21 Dec and I requested for an evening slot as I have a day job. She said she will call to remind me of the appointment. LOW AND BEHOLD i did not receive any calls so i called in to check. Another lady spoke to me on the phone and said she could not find any record of my profile on their pre-historic style data base, said they are not open in the evening and hang up the phone on me. WILL I EVER FREQUENT THIS DENTAL CLINIC ? NO WILL I RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC ? ABSOLUTELY NOT IN THIS LIFETIME Would give 0 stars if i could.
