★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical dental clinic settings within. Staff were courteous and there are at least 2 dental rooms within. Staff even suggested ways to get the local CHAS card which were nice of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the front desk is SUPER RUDE...told her that I wanted to change appt to Saturday but she told me to 'if u want Saturday then u come next year'. Dentist was also super unprofessional. The entire extraction process was painful yet he did nothing and continued even though my jaw was close to breaking. Nurses were also VERY rough, she ripped opened my mouth without considering that I was in pain. For the amount I paid for 1 extraction, it wasn't even worth all the pain I had to suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have some sharp edges appearing on my front teeth. So, I go see this dentist and he said it is aging of tooth and the protective layer coming off. So, nothing he can do. So, instead he go ahead to do fillings for me for 4 teeth. I have been going to Polyclinic dental department for review every six monthly and they have never said anything. Also, one of the teeth was a filling in good condition. He replace the filling because he say the colour is black and it is visible to others. I have never ask him to do it but he just go ahead claiming it for aesthetic reason. Therefore, instead just fixing the item that I want to review, he done 4 fillings. Total bill becomes $270. I have a strong feeling they they are after your money. I will never go there again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist Dr Chin is good but the admins are one of a kind. Claimed that they gave a reminder call a day before and accused me of even confirming with them. When there wasn't even a missed call on my record. And they just care am I gg to make it to my appointment a not, if not, hang the phone~ (The whole conversation sounds like putting the blame on me :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I’ve ever had with the old aunty.She is very rude. Sorry for the good doctor and the young staff. I went there again becos of a good doctor and that staff, but I can’t stand for the behaviour of old woman. We r the one who pay money for their service, she shouldn’t be rude on patients for not understanding and asking them in the right way. We r not cheating on them. I will never come again that clinic in my lifetime.
