Really good service!

I usually don’t write reviews but today i decided to do it. The dentist and Front desk nurse are nice people ! They offer fantastic service and overall i have an awesome experience here ??????

Very friendly and warm staff and dental assistant. Dr Foong was very professional and thorough in cleaning my teeth and explained to me very clearly my treatment options for my gums. Was not pushy at all when I said that I want to take some time to consider proceeding with the treatment.

Friendly assistant. Very thorough cleaning job by dentist. Did a better job than the previous dentist in removing the stains and the harden bits of stuff. He's a little old school stern but does not push treatments, be it marshmallow fluoride coating, teeth whitening etc.

Did my metal braces here end 2016 (and still counting) for 4.2k all in. Honestly for metal braces this price is comparable to the clinics near my office (CBD) and higher than the other clinics in Bedok but I wanted somewhere in my neighbourhood and I had the inaccurate assumption that pricier = better services. Price point aside, I only got to know that the dentist doing braces only comes in ONE Wednesday per month after paying the deposit, so if you have work / personal commitments on that one Wed you'd have to miss your appt, which is obviously going to slow down the process. Since everyone w/ braces visits on the same day, long waiting time is expected especially from 4-8pm as students and working adults come after school/work. But if you come after 8pm (like I do at 8.15), they'll start texting / calling to ask if you're coming, and remind you that you're the last patient (they knock off at 9 and my review takes 5 mins max). There was once I was waiting for my turn (at 8pm), and the staff made a call to remind another customer, and started complaining about how cx are always taking their time (yes in front of cx i.e. myself) after she hangs up. For obvious reasons I don't get my scaling / polishing done here despite the convenience; and the dentists at the different dental clinics I visit biannually will at times point out "issues" regarding my braces, and advise that "I'm sure your dentist can correct this, maybe you can just let them know." Not a good feeling, really. Overall I guess it's an acceptable experience. There's no hard selling (not that there's any at other clinics) and I don't know much about dentistry to comment on how "well done" this treatment was.

Very friendly and accommodating people. The minute I stepped into the clinic, the front desk lady is very friendly. You won't actually get bored while waiting for your turn. She will welcome you like her close friend or relative. As for the doctor, I got a very friendly dentist. He gave me a reasonable advise where I could get what I wanted to my teeth but at the same time, save more money. I recommended this clinic to my family too and will continue to recommend to my colleagues and friends.

To be fair, this 1 star is for the pricing, Dentist is polite and friendly. Wanted to support local business and giving this Dental clinic a try. This is No HDB pricing !!! My usual Dentist is Unity Dental in Heartbeat Bedok for the past 6 years and will be back there for half the treatment price. One hint you get from the receptionist that you will be "slaughtered" is when she remarked "you are from overseas and you pay more overseas for dental"...really?!

The lady at the front desk was really nice and managed to accommodate me for an earlier appointment when a slot opened up for cleaning. The dentist was really professional and also took care of my wisdom tooth extraction in a subsequent appointment. The extraction was painless and quick.
