 Considering the open time is 10 o'clock. If you're going to eat right away, I recommend you to bake it sooner rather than packed. The connection service with the Korean branch is also very active.

β β β β β Disorganized and lack of communication between staff. I came to the shop when there was only one customer being served. The other two employees were busy and did not take my order for at least 5 minutes. When they finally had time to look at customers, they took orders from those who came after me. As a result, there wasn't enough of the item I wanted. When they finally informed me that they did not have enough to replenish stock, they even asked why my order wasn't taken when I was ahead of the customer who came later but had already left the shop. Have not bought from Bee Cheng Hiang for years. Guess I will not again in the near future too.

β β β β β The worst service ever and recommend to AVOID at all cost. Tricks customers to purchase large amount by assuring the products pass customs to destination countries. Once I found out itβs illegal, I wanted to return the individually vacuum sealed/unopen boxed gift sets the same day, but the sales person and manager told me thereβs no refund.
Check and make sure you can travel back to your country with the product prior to the transaction.

β β β β β The BEST BCH branch ... all the staff here are friendly and helpful, and the meat is grilled to perfection ... 2-3 days later it's still delicious and juicy, without any use of a fridge to store or a microwave/oven to re-heat. Awesome team, awesome product!!!
