β β β β β My first visit as a patient. Location (lobby C) takes a bit of effort to find. Inside shopping centre itself.
Once there, the place is a gem. Service is impeccable. Staffs competent and delivers SIA QSV standards - even to provincial looking old people like me.
Surgical procedures and ORs beyond my expectations. There is hospitality in their efficiency. Went in as patient. Left as a friend

β β β β β Did a procedure here and was utterly impressed by the warm professionalism yet personal service extended by Dr. Tiong Ing Hua and Nurse Kimberly. Dr Tiong was superbly detailed in his explanations, very reassuring in calming patientβs nerves and gave an added personal touch by checking in on patients after the procedure??. Nurse Kimberly is funny and warm, I felt well taken care of. Thank you both so much for the excellent pre-op and post-op service

β β β β β Went in as a vistior, it is ridiculously easy to notice that 1 nurse is impatient even though she try to have a conversation with the patient politely . I donβt think rowing your eye brows at the patient is appropriate. Only this nurseβs behaviour is unacceptable.

β β β β β I had my operations here in Nov 2021 and choose Aptus again in Feb 2022. The experience I had here was very good. All the nurses at Aptus are very friendly, hardworking, caring, professional and they are of highest standard I had encounter among the various hospitals. Take for example, when I press the bell for help, the nurse will appear immediately. I had nausea and not able to take food for 2 meals, the nurse encourage me to try their toast because their margarine is very nice. Indeed it opened up my appetite. Thanks Michelle and all the nurses who attended to me.
