★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 out of 10. This store sells the best toys in town and thier product is totaly amazing! The toys they sell was brand new and keeping up with the trend. The price of the toys was affordable and my brother really likes his toy robot. The staff were also nice and the place is also great. They also sells educational toys and gives the best accommodations so i really recomend this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of being served by Ms Shafinah from the Better Toy Store, and my, was I blown away by her immaculate service!! She has delivered the highest level of customer service I have ever seen in a service professional!
She makes me feel like a VIP in every of our interaction, and she demonstrated a sincere desire to serve and to deliver.
I am working in a customer service industry that promotes prestige service, and have extremely high expectation of how a good service is like.
Never have I encountered someone as polite, spontaneous, resourceful, and genuine as Shafinah!
She is super resourceful in helping to solve my problems, generously offered me good advice in my purchase, and exceptionally efficient in answering my queries!
I am all praises for her and hope she gets recognised for the wonderful job she is doing.
If I can nominate the best Customer Service Personnel of the year, my vote goes to Shafinah!
Definitely recommend this place for people who loves quality toys and enjoys getting good service in the process of shopping for their little ones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my experience because great service is just so rare these days. I ordered toys online for the first time and they were delivered the next day. Very efficient service although I found a defect in one of the toys. I think this is where you get to see truly great service that differentiates. I reached out over email, Rahmuna promptly responded that a replacement set will be tested and sent, no questions asked. I was very pleased with the interaction and had wanted to purchase more toys as gifts. Since she was sending the replacement, I asked if I could ride on the delivery. Being super efficient, my replacement set arrived early next morning before my request was picked up which I then responded to say no worries, I'll place another order. To my surprise, Shafinah gave me a discount to cover the cost of my next delivery. It was such a pleasant experience with both Rahmuna and Shafinah, no doubt I'll be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique toy store full of imported toys such as Djeco and Brio. Of course they are expensive but you won’t find these in Toys r us or other local toy stores. My daughter loved it here. It’s pretty small store but full of artsy craft items for girls. Also they have Micro scooters which is hard to find in Singapore.
