Bee Choo definitely helps for any hair problems you may have. My father used to be experiencing very bad hair fall due to stress but after a few visits he has gained back 50% his previous bald patch. For me , I like it after the treatment the scalp feels so clean and i also experienced more hair growth and plus point is it’s all natural herbs. This Bedok outlet I heard of this place since 15 years ago when my boss told me she came here. I was able to remember because she told me it’s 美珠 which is my neighbour’s name. 15 years apart Today 02-April was my first time here to this outlet. Overall very friendly service personnel and clean environment. No hardselling of products or sign package. I really enjoy the treatment and feeling of being pampered. If one day they are listed I would love to invest in their shares??????????

Came all the way to make appointment physically as was encouraged by staff previously. Was told recent change process no longer allowed to make appointment at outlet. I explained I came all the way from Clementi. Sorry still cannot accommodate. Extremely disappointing as I had been a long time customer.

My first time there they mess up my top and when told them about it they said i should have inform them when i felt water dripping. How would i have known as it was my first try?? Luckily i had colorless done ! Always crowded and booking is difficult to make espcially for weekends. Went down to outlet PERSONALLY to cancel a weekend appt as couldn't do it online & tried get another appt but staff over counter was so unhelpful that just brush me off saying to book another appt online. Also asked her about my stamp card if i could get it stamp for all my previous appt done. She told me abruptly since you forgot it cannot be done. I was so upset with the reply & left. What a service but had no choice as already bought a package w them. Overall experience since i started has been terrible.

Very bad experience for a first visit at Bedok outlet. Explanation of treatment not done. Scalp analysis also was not done due to the shortage of manpower. Poor hygiene- gloves were stained hence I supposed it's already used, and the comb was removed from her apron pocket which I wondered if it's cleaned. Ginger spray was the first item used which she mentioned is to "open pores for better absorption". However, it was sprayed only thrice and therefore, I'm pretty sure some pores were "not opened". After applying my entire scalp plus hair with the treatment mixture, she then told me that it will cause dryness of hair. Added some clients will request to apply only onto the scalp. But she knew that it was my first visit yet this information was communicated post application instead of pre. Perhaps she prefers to dry up her clients' hair? It's quite scary to receive treatment here as obviously, the service and delivery of treatment will be inconsistent even though the process is so simple- just 3 steps: ginger spray, apply treatment mixture then steam for 45mins before wash & blow. Such a simple and straightforward process yet cannot be done properly. Not to mention hair was only 50% dried. I wonder what more can they do? In conclusion, Bee Choo Origin's service is extremely poor.

The service is good but the waiting time is a bit long esp at the wash area with only 2 sinks. So while 2 people are having their hair washed now, 5 of us are watching in silence. Will try to avoid Sundays next time.

Very long wait time, not sure if it was due to short of manpower. Made a 1145 appt and was only served at 1220. Then followed by a 20 minutes wait for the hair to be washed. The whole visited lasted more than two hours. Although the staff was apologetic for the waiting time, but if you are unable to handle the load with the current manpower, then adjustment to your appointment slots is required. Or you should have informed your customers prior to the treatment. The visit today was totally unacceptable.

I came for hair colouring services at the Bedok branch. I’d to commend May for her excellent service. She is very nice and patient with me throughout despite the busy workload. She had made my trip to bee choo a very pleasant experience. Thumbs up to her ? and will come back again!

Zhang fen attended to me and she’s the best! Writing this to appreciate and recognize her service. Very patient explaining my hair issues, great attitude and very considerate to the customers. Checking if we are cold/ hot to adjust the temperature, helping me to find seat to sit with my partner. She’s so nice and adds to a great experience at Bee Choo this morning :) do help me convey her good service!
