My son and I patronized this salon for about a year for cut and wash. Initially, the quality of the cut was good, but it has deteriorated in recent months, with my son's fringe higher on one side, and generally not very neat. The side was also not neatly trimmed. His classmate noticed and asked what happened. A second classmate went around making fun of his uneven haircut. Generally, our haircuts felt rushed in recent months. Also, we got tired of being told that in her opinion, my son's fringe is too short. His school has certain requirements, and it is not up to the hairstylist to dictate what is acceptable or not. Perhaps cut and wash is no longer a key service of this salon. You may get better results if you go for other higher value services like treatments and highlighting. For us, this is it. We will be looking elsewhere for a neater haircut.
