Poor service,quality and unprofessional hairdresser. Chinese local female hairdresser, already told her that both side different length, requested to cut more even and balance. But she keep saying that my hair very dry and never wash, difficult to trim. What answer is tat?!

I went to wash my hair today she only wash the top and never wash the back of my head. There wasnโ€™t any bubble produce in the process of washing too. This hairstylist W got reservation after mine so the other customer came so I guess cheap labours like washing cannot get the attention and service from the hair stylist.

Very bad experience by the male stylist. Female stylist better. They cut and wash hair professionally. 2 times got male stylist the haircut was like 3 mins and hair wash less than 2 mins. Didnt even ask what kind of haircut i want just went straight to the job. Only shampoo no conditioner nothing! When ask why hairwash so fast he replied "Everything i do is fast. Male hair no need conditioner". Can refund my VIP money?! Very bad experience by the China hairstylist.

some of the barber has acceptable skills. others just a no go. feeling irritated and disgusted as barber kept on promoting their treatments. last time i went, one chinese lady barber kept on saying that my hair follicle is blocked and i will be turning bald (im 21 LOL, over my 21 yrs of haircut, she's the first one to BS on me gg bald) and promoted me a hair shampoo that is $100... yes, 100BUCKS and told me to sign up for treatment too. ofc i rejected but she did not give up. when i went to the counter, both her and the cashier kept on pushing me for their product. not the first time they are doing this. disgusting...

Despite coming in late, the hairdresser was very willing to cut, dye and did treatment for my hair. The experience was great too, esp when washing my hair, then the chair has massaging features!!!!! Will recommend and come back again!

On my first visit on 27 Sep 2021, I was served by a young Chinese lady with long hair. However the hair stylist kept promoting their scalp / hair treatment service throughout the haircut session. She offered a scalp scan but I politely declined. Even during payment, she asked again whether I would like to get hair treatment sessions. My 2nd visit on 25 Feb 2022 was much better. The young male stylist took around 15 to 20mins to cut my hair nicely and he did not try to hard sell me. My 3rd visit was on 15 Jun 2022. The haircut was ok, done in around 15 to 20mins, but the male stylist tried to ask me to go for hair shampoo service which I declined. He then did a scalp scan for me and recommended that I do treatment. I declined. I also noticed a female stylist trying to get another guy to do scalp treatment. He declined also. I previously purchased the 6 cuts package for $40. Might renew depending on my subsequent experience there.

Had the worst haircut of my life. My hairstylist was a PRC lady who didn't care about the customer at all. The left and right side were not shaved evenly, she also missed out some hair strands whn shaving. It was a rush 5 mins job (it wasn't peak-hour, and no queue outside). When I told her I wanted a Fade, she replied "Fade shenme lai de ah?". Will never come back here again.

Lousy salon, don't go. Bought a $60 x 12 cuts package, but have decided to stop going after using only 4 cuts. Simply because I was not satisfied with 3/4 visits, one visit was still OK. Got 4 different stylist during each visit, all of them finish cutting in no more than 10mins. The stylist by the name of Ricky was the worst, he would ram the shaver onto my head. It was so painful that I had to highlight to him, but it was still painful after that. He was also constantly looking out the door, as if looking for new customers through out. He was visibly and audibly annoyed when I request to make a few trims at the end. The last straw came today, I made my usual request to have my hair cut short. However, the stylist actual cut number 0 on both sides of my hair, and the rest of the edges were all uneven. It's super to difficult to style my hair now. I guess you get what you pay for.
