Been coming here for the past 3 years for hair maintainence and like that there isn't any hardselling. Seems to work for post partum hair loss....

Visited 3 diff outlet. Bukit Merah, Bedok and clementi. Bukit Merah is ok. But Bedok and clementi outlet is very noisy. All their staff are extremely talkative. Rem to bring your earpiece along. As for their hair treatment, i been doing for many years... Affordable and effective. No hard selling - good. Shampoo - good.

Booked an appointment at Bee Choo Clementi Branch at 4pm on 27-May-2022 and had a wonderful experience under the staff Yu Hua 玉华. When she found out that I had sensitive skin, she took the initiative to carefully apply petroleum jelly on my hairline areas. Thereafter, she put the hair herbal mix carefully to ensure the hair mix did not cross my hairline. When I was ready to get my hair washed, she told her colleague about my skin sensitivity and volunteered to wash my hair. The thoroughness she did in washing my hair is indeed commendable. During my departure, she even advised me to put skin oil and not to scratch in view of my skin sensitivity. Yu Hua is indeed a hard-to-find gem ? in the service industry ! Kudos to Bee Choo on their service oriented staff.

The staff Angie recommend me to use Red oil for my scrap treatment and it very efficient as my hair able to under control and recover fast. Appreciated the staffs in clementi some friendly & nice.

I have been visiting Bee Choo for 10 over years. The service varies greatly depending on staff. I experienced extremely bad service today by a staff with red highlights in her hair. She may jolly well be the manager as she behaves as though the enterprise belongs to her. After she calls my number for hair wash, she was being asked to go to the counter to assist other customers who were keen on buying products. I stood for more than 15mins waiting for her since all other seats were taken by other customers after I stood up when she called my number. Upon returning, she did not ask me if I wanted mint or non mint shampoo and proceeded to wash my hair at top speed. When I asked if the shampoo was non mint, she threw the shower head violently in the sink, deafening me for a couple of seconds and showed me the shampoo. She retorted “mint ok?” This is the first time I have not been asked if I wanted mint shampoo or not so I had to reconfirm. The hair wash was very rough with the staff shaking my head very hard multiple times and also pulling my hair in the process. To worsen the experience, the hair drying was done with my hairs blown in my face the entire time. To reduce my suffering, I told her that I would dry my hair myself. I think perhaps the staff is trained to do their job with utmost speed regardless of all other factors. I am also reminded of a terrible experience 1 year ago. I think it may be the same staff who served me today. I was told tersely that being late for bee Choo’s appointments is not acceptable despite heavy rain. The exact words “下大雨还是不可以迟到“ Do your research, scalp treatments can be done at other hair salons for a similar pricing by professional hairdressers, scalp scans and massage included. I also had better experience with some other outlets. Best to avoid bee Choo especially at peak times and consider smaller scale friendly salons.

Excellent service and been there few times. I have faith that my hair loss will be better soon. As need to go for few sessions, I don’t mind going as long I can recover from the hair loss that is happening to me. ❤️

Excellent service. Store manager Ms Soon Theng cares for your hair and gives good advice. She is polite and professional. Angie also provides great service. They are so friendly and makes the experience very pleasant. Highly recommended.

First time try Clementi brunch. Whole treatment was smooth, as the staff team work was good. After applying the herbal cream, I went to 2nd floor to wait for 45 mins. The 2nd floor was very clean and quiet. I was able to relax there.
