D	Dale Edmonds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had several excellent cuts where I went in and said please fix my hair and came out with a different cut that I loved, and that had the knack of growing out well between visits. I've had two intense and unusual colour jobs that took a lot of patience and care over several hours. A friendly calm place, professional and well priced.

I told Kenny that I don’t a length too near the shoulder if not the hair ends will curl up. Even after blow drying the ends were curled up. Hair length was shorter on one side than the other. Lack of communication, no eye for detail and skill. Don’t recommend going if you want a good haircut.

Pretty unprofessional. Too top this, the quality of the haircut isn't great either to put up with this attitude at the salon.
G	G n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just move over to this area 2 years ago. It's quite difficult to find a salon for haircut amidst this covid-19 situation. Happen to stumble upon tresses studio and decided to give it a try, however appointments are necessary and surprisingly I was able to get a slot within the week itself, despite changing my appointment date once due to work issue. I was amazed by director Kenny. He is very focus and patient when cutting my hair, and provides options if I would like to touch up my haircut for a softer look. I have been to many salons, and hairdressers often don't give many advices or options for you to choose, and they'll cut your hair as if your hair is going to fall out! I'm really glad my haircut was done at tresses studio.

Both took time to explain to me how to look after my hair and style it to neaten it as I have natural curls that get frizzy constantly. This is probably the first salon that has NOT tried to sell me packages, sell me products, sell me treatment etc, but instead gave me good advice on how to work with what I have rather than to rebond my hair (which just about every other hair salon persuades me to do!) They did not need to spend that time teaching me how to blow my hair properly, or how to tame it, but they chose to. I'm extremely grateful! I will certainly be patronising this salon in the future.

C	Cher Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by Kenny and his wife. Kenny took time to carefully cut my hair and could confidently handle my hair type ( most places I go to cannot ). He also cut my hair according to my instructions, and only AFTER he was finished and has shown me the results did he then proceed to advise me on how to change it up a little in order to improve how it looks. ( Once again, most salons do not do this ). The hair wash and styling afterwards was also really good. Overall a very pleasant experience that is worth every cent. Not one to write reviews but would really like to show my appreciation for this place, as it is the first time I’ve walked out after a cut actually really liking how it looks. Will be coming back, thank you! ????
