★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do expect 45min queue during weekend afternoon, and even then they will try to upsell you treatments and services that takes much longer than a typical haircut.
The haircut are rushed too, and you'll get a different level detailed service if you are doing hair treatments together.
If you are looking for only haircut, there are other much more competitive options within the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told the hairdresser to only TRIM my hair. Never even ask me whether the length is okay and literally she she cut my hair until so short. Gosh i’m so mad. If i had known the quality of haircut is going to be this bad, i rather go to an expensive salon. Was willing to try snip avenue because i was only planning to trim. :’)

Negative - None of the employee listen to customer how they want to get the haircut done.. customer ask medium they do short , just ignoring the words. They do very too short when customer ask for medium cut. And only side cut means they cut on everywhere vastly on using machine.. it’s not that they don’t language , they know for sure, registering people for offers n promotions they speak well English..annoying and not worth to recommend to friends and others.. Don’t get the promotional offer 10 cut $38 for 1 cut free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always do my rebonding in snip at Clementi I’m always happy except last December 2021 my hair is burn so I have a part of my hair that shortly cut (my hair is 1/2 inch to my scalp).the girl petite with a blond hair who does my rebond ,i don’t want her to do my hair again.
