Beef Bro Vivo City

$17.90 for a meagre 7-8 cubes of wagyu beef that did not even taste like wagyu. I think store bought beef would taste better. Said doneness would be medium rare but its medium well, extremely tough and chewy. Garlic butter sauce was below average. Will NEVER buy again.

The food is great. We love the burger. Very delicious. Thank you for Muhammad good service too. Definitely will purchase again and recommend to all my friends

Frozen cooked lobster was used resulting in v tough lobster meat and v salty ?

Bought 3 chicken burger for $10 . Very disappointed. Been look forward as ramlee burger but the burger only have bread + meat ( taste normal) + very thin cheese + chilli n Mayo sauce . No cucumber ? No tomato ? No onion ? really .. the meat doesn’t taste at all like the Ramlee burger chicken meat I’ve bought before

The short rib cubes were thoroughly disappointing - hard and overcooked, no beef fat or fragrance at all. Even the salt and pepper seasoning was lacking. Completely unacceptable quality considering that they charge $14.90 per portion for a takeaway kiosk.

Very pleasantly surprised with my packet of Salmon Sandwich & Teriyaki Beef Cubes from VivoCity Beef Bro. I had some previous poor-quality experiences with Beef Bro at other outlet and since then have stopped buying. So was really happy with the quality today. Good quality everything tasted freshly cooked. And the quantity! There was so much variety on top of the sandwich. Great service by tall crew with glasses ? Thanks for awesome dinner

Reality is often disappointing my friends. The only reason there is even a star was because the delivery person was such a nice guy. To even justify this piece of garbage for $25 is kind off hilarious to begin with. I’m not even that angry but just sad that there are still people out there trying to cheat our money. Even the phone operator was enthusiastically responding with a resounding effortless attempt. Yes effortless. No effort at all. This food looks as sad as my life. It looks as if it has received a food delivery that was highly praised but got a sad hot garbage when it arrived. It looks like a type of person that has good personality and looks on social media but is often disappointing and sad when being met in person. I really do hope one of Beef Bros bros actually read the reviews that this outlet has received and actually do something about it. 2.3 star? And still the same outcome. Shows how incompetent they really are. If any of the bros read this, please do consider reading the comments or reviews that has been directed to the quality of the food. It’s nothing personal but rather a feedback that you should consider dearly. Maybe a few jokes as it is a reflection of the food that was presented. Oh wells

Utterly disappointed with our first try of Beef Bro. Beef cubes are over-cooked, tough and dry!! $14.90 for the upsized one but quantity is mediocre.. if it tasted delicious and juicy I’ll be open to try it again. Also, please highlight to customers there’s sauce inside, it’s all over the place.. yea our bad for not handling it well too.
