β β β β β I was enquiring about a couple of shoes that were on sale today. The sales lady seemed completely uninterested in selling anything to me. She said the shoes were not available in my size. I asked if she could ship them to me (I know Aldo does that as my wife just bought shoes from Aldo which they shipped as they did not have the color she liked). The sales lady immediately started saying that there is a minimum purchase amount. As I began to explain to her that my shoes would anyways hit the minimum required amount.. she just turned around and started serving a Caucasian guy without letting me complete my sentence. My wife and I felt humiliated and insulted! We left the shop understanding her unwillingness to serve us.. Is this now Aldo's policy?? Is this Aldo's customer service??? We have spent quite a bit of $$$s in that shop and that's how we get treated as customers???

β β β β β Friendly and attentive staff. Saw a pair I liked but size OSS. Staff recommended similar design and double check warehouse for size. I was only looking for white shoe but ended up buy another. Compare to next door Lacoste, I'll give 5 stars here.
