Very rude receptionist on the phone. Wanted to visit coz of the good reviews. Changed my mind.

Overrated. Problems are generalised; doctor has limited time and patience.

Very kind, understanding, and most importantly made sure we understood the decisions we were making for our son

Love Dr Belinda and her team. Feel that she is really caring for kids, pro breastfeeding, pro natural healing (won't dispose medicines unless necessary), and thorough in examining.

Dr. Belinda is great. She took care of my two kids. Was always clear, straight forward, extremely knowledgeable and worked to provide care with minimal meds. The staff is AMAZING. Kind, friendly and super efficient. Highly recommend.

I went to this doctor when my second child was born because of all the rave reviews from many of my friends and friends of friends. Finally I stopped going because of a few reasons. The doctor never seemed to listen to me. When my daughter was only a few weeks old, she was constantly vomiting and seemed to be very fussy after every feeding. When I brought this up to the doctor, she dismissed the concern, because my daughter was in the 99% for height and weight. She said she's not worried because she is growing fine, and had no concern for the discomfort my daughter was obviously experiencing. I looked it up on my own and tried an elimination diet, and turns out when I took milk out of my diet entirely (was breastfeeding at the time), baby's symptoms went away. No helpful suggestions at all from the doctor. Another time I had brought my older son in for vaccinations. I wanted to do the polio vaccine by itself, not a combo vaccine. I had informed the nurse of this on the phone when I made the appointment. When I brought my son in for the appointment, all went fine. Except the doctor admonishing me that next time I needed to call ahead of time to make sure they have the individual polio vaccine, and saying I'm lucky they happen to have it this time, as if I had made some mistake and got off lucky. I'm not sure what that was about, as I had called and informed them what we needed ahead of time. Anyway, finally I stopped taking my kids to this clinic.

Even though my daughter is turning 14 this year, she still asks for Dr Belinda, whom she has seen since she was born, whenever she is unwell. Love how Dr Belinda has been looking after her with such expertise, sound advice, care and concern all these years.

No nonsense, effective and know her stuff PD. As a new parent 13 years ago, our girl had certain prolonged fever and no definite diagnosis after going to various doctors.through recommendation of one relative we tried doctor Belinda out-she diagnosed on spot and explain the symptoms and cure-it worked. Since then we sticked to her for our two children. She had that confident air, and able to pinpoint issues sharply and accurately, and describe what is next (either what new symptom will emerge for lookout or what is the next course of action). Dr Belinda is knowledgeable, effective and efficient doctor. so if the parents go in seeking to have those Mount Alvernia kind of constant sister love, nope you won’t get it (her efficiency will drop drastically if so, and deprive of other children their chance for appointment). Set your expectation straight and you will enjoy the great service quality.
