★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had banana and chocolate pancakes with additional cream on the side. The soft and fluffy pancakes taste slightly eggy. It has been a while since I had nice pancakes.
If I am not mistaken, the pancakes are made to order so you got to wait a while for the great tasting pancakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Novena outlet opens at 9am. Sandwich and pancakes (the not fluffy ones) comes in a set with a drink. The regular tea is really smooth. BLT sandwich stands for bacon lettuce and tomatoes which is flavourful. Pancakes are a little sweet. Portion are small.

Soft and fluffy pancake with butter and fresh cream. Made to order. Guaranteed fresh. Creamy in the middle cause its like meringue.
belle-ville Original Tea(Hot)($4.50)
Slightly bitter hot tea to balance out the sweet pancake. Okinawa black tea was used. Got the astringent identity.

The fluffy pancakes are beautiful to taste as they aren’t fully cooked but go perfect with the additional flavour or just butter. I was skeptic of the 80% cooking,fearing it might taste doughy or eggy. The service is commendable and definitely worth mentioning.

You can order it plain and also in different flavors. The fruit flavors also make for a tasty treat, bringing in a nice acidity and brightness to the pancake. Couple it with their tea for that full experience.

Pancakes are 80% cook internally that’s what makes it unique .
Had the savoury ham and cheese sandwich which was equally nice . The egg Mayo had a touch of ketchup which gave it another layer of flavour .
If you are looking for the American diner style pancakes which are harder, this place is not for you.
