k	kai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most cafes require that you have a table before ordering. This place does the OPPOSITE. you order first, get your food, then wait for a seat. As a result, I was carrying a tray of food and waiting for people to leave before I could sit. When I questioned the staff why this was the policy, they said it’s management decision and because it’s busy. All the cafes in this area are busy. This makes 0 practical sense and just inconveniences customers. Perfect example of how a business makes stupid decisions and doesn’t care for customers.
M	Michael Andrew Ferrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this Floss Thick Toast and I can say others taste better. It is okay to the tasete but it is messy to eat so the experience of eating it is not pleasant. The floss easily slides down the thick toast. Try other food instead.

I love to look at the bubbles of the coffee. It's has nice aroma and nice to drink. There is high table and those normal seats at Novena Square outlet. Environment is bright and clean. #ILoveToastBox

Poor guy today was making coffee and managing the POS which resulted in a longer than usual line. By the time the customers get to cashier, they are naturally slightly irate. Please staff the outlet with enough people.
B	Bibiy's Day on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting Toast Box just recently by chance when I was around Novena and I tried egg ham cheese toast for my lunch at $6.6 with big cup of coffee which I think the coffee size is too big. So happy and satisfied with the toast. I thought junction8 branch has the same toast but apparently junction8 only has sandwich which the taste way different. Came back to Novena again and try their Laksa (with bee tai bak) no cockle, not the best, so okay only. Their boluo mala not too bad, the bun with melon pan type of bread (it means sweet) and the mala sauce was good, it just too much sauce in it with chicken and fresh tomato cucumber. I prefer chicken mala than the ham boluo. So if I come again next time, I'll be coming for their egg ham cheese toast.
