★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is decent, thought not that cheap, drinks are average, on par with their other outlet. Seating arrangements are a little weird, but I guess that's due to COVID restrictions. We ordered their pan breakfast which came with garlic bread.
The pans are hot when the food is served, hence a rubber grip around the handle, but after a few minutes, you should remove the grip, otherwise the pan will tilt up with some of your food inside (see pictures).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of pastries and tarts etc. And also a number of hot breakfast items in skillets. Coffee is not too bad. Pricing is on the high side. But food tastes pretty decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a cup of Dr Joe1914 ($5.50) with a slice of Rose Lychee cake (6.80) and I love it. While the rose lychee cake is a refreshing treat, my coffee is pretty smooth and not acidic at all. The cake pairs well with the cup of Joe. Not bad for an afternoon tea time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always order the baked eggs with chicken bratwurst sausages. Simply tastes heavenly. The melted cheese, eggs, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and the sausages are yummy! This dish comes with two pieces of bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a light lunch with friends, order was pretty fast and not much of the queue during Saturday lunch. Ordered Truffle Mac & cheese, smoked salmon & avocado as well as mushroom melt. The foods are good but the service could be better when reminding customer to put on mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe but mediocre choice for breakfast. My ham and cheese sandwich was tasty enough and toasted well, but not worth $8.80. My chai latte ($5.50) was OK, believe its made from syrup, chai spices were not strong enough. My friend's big breakfast ($14?) was passable with the mushrooms being the best element. The location of this outlet is its biggest asset.
