★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inefficient in follow-up cases on my accident claims on May 2018. I was not inform on my case while it still pending for hospital to provide them the invoice since September 2018. Only when I called this morning and found out that they just send another chaser email on 12 dec 2018 to the hospital.. Take 3 months to send another chaser email... Seriously. I texted a lady name Irene to follow up on my case and when I called in rozzie mention that because this case is not under Irene that why she never reply me. In the case they should have send me email instead... Disappointed in them totally.
