★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good variety of products. Membership is free, which provides discounted prices for products and a points reward system to exchange for more items. If you purchase big packets of kibbles, the shop helps to repack and seal into smaller packs to maintain freshness! Very helpful staffs. There is a grooming section within as well. Parking is limited thou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their rewards system, the range of food available is amazing. Benji has a great membership discount and points system. Overall, I would consider Benji more decently priced and a better collection of pet food range than even the chain stores. Chain stores have a bigger range of toys, but when it comes to good quality food, Benji's seem to have a lot you do not see in other shops.
I love Benji's and the only reason I give it 4 stars is the inconsistency when it comes to opening hours and them not updating their holiday timings on Google Maps.
Many times I end up going there when it says open on Google Maps but when I reach, it's closed. Which is just not very helpful at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really delightful to find this place. I've passed this place so many times, never realising that it's a huge pet shop. Very well stocked, with a wide, good quality range of pet products. Covers mostly for dogs & cats.
Free membership also means huge savings too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came back with still dirty and matted fur from not combing when drying. They throw the dogs in the dryer box and do not comb them. This is a big no for long coated furkids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and friendly staff, and great prices! Good selection of pet treats and food as well. If you're buying 10kg packs of pet food, ask the staff to repack them into smaller packs - they offer the service f.o.c.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop space is HUGE with very wide variety of products ranging from pet food, snacks, toys, supplements etc. There are also convenient parking spaces nearby! It is worth the effort to come here rarher than the usual tiny pet needs shops in shopping malls.
