Jing is patient, loves all her cats and our Ragdoll bicolour from her is definitely worth getting from her. If you are a dog lover and wonder if you should get a cat, get a Ragdoll. My Ragdoll behaves like a dog, follows me around & cries if left alone. When I'm back after a long day, he meows and greets me at the door. There may be many stray cats in Singapore but with Playground, these cats have never been ill treated before either psychologically or emotionally. Stray cats may cost nothing but usually come with some mental, behavioural or emotional issues. But with a purebreed Ragdoll, there's no such thing. If you feel you have a lot of time to train a stray cat, go ahead & adopt. For me, I don't have the necessary skills to undo their psychological damage. My opinion. But if you're busy working all the time, want a dog but too noisy, normal cats can't be bothered about you, get a Ragdoll! Dog in a cat's body, Ragdolls. ??

Thereafter, the owner (Jing) was always prompt in providing replies/clarifications to my queries on purchasing a kitten from them. Even after you’ve purchased the cat, you join an online community of other owners where you can share anything from cute cat pics, to health/vet and food recommendations. Jing is also part of this community and when my cat fell ill and was not eating properly, she was most helpful in providing advice/support.

Being a first time cat owner, bringing home my blue bi coloured ragdoll was nerve-wrecking. I didnt know what to expect. Jing was able to bring her wealth of knowledge and we relate easily to her explanations. Pepper is now 5 months old with an intense curiosity over everything. She loves a good belly rub when she's in the mood and doesn't nitpick on food (she eats EVERYTHING). Most of the days, she responds to "baby" and is now the bundle of joy at home. Although there are days where she might knibble on our hands too much , she isn't difficult to handle. She understands stern warnings from us and is starting to recognise boundaries. If you're a first-tine owner ,I suggest u have a good chat with Jing first before commiting. You'll find yourself in good hands , so don't worry!

We got Munchie (now 9mth) old from Playground Ragdolls. Jing was super helpful in the process before we decided on him and gave much detailed instructions on how to take care of our new kitten. Munchie has become a much loved part of our family. He has such a great temperament patiently enduring two very active boys manhandling him. He is quite sociable. He does not like us carrying him too much but he always wakes up from his nap to come and hang out quietly near us whenever we are home. We are really happy to have him as part of our family!

This is the first ever cat shop that I left without having a strong ‘smell’. There were no tears or saliva stains on the cats. Owners do a super good job in taking care of the cats. They were neatly groomed too. The shop assistant, Michelle, was also very caring towards the cats and remembered each of their name, age, likes and dislikes and their history. I loved that the cats are playful and energetic! ? Singapura cats were very affectionate and surprisingly love being around us. The ragdolls kept a distance, preferring their own space. Some will rest near your feet, but never on your lap. Overall a great experience and I look forward to purchasing a cat from them!

Got my blue bicolor kitten Sprouts from Playground Ragdolls and he’s been a wonderful addition to my furry family - He’s a loving and cuddly companion, gentle, tolerant, though like many kittens, mischievous at times! ? Jing is knowledgeable, patient, and was a great help when I had queries even after bringing Sprouts home. 10/10 paws for sure!

My family recently bought a kitten from Playground and she has been a real joy to us since she came to our home a month ago. We are first time cat owner and Jing and Sam have helped us with this transition superbly. We were given thorough instructions before we took the kitten home and they have both remain in contact with us on messages whenever we need any advice. Our kitten was already toilet trained when she came to us at 3 months of age so that makes it very easy for us. It just took her a couple of days to adjust to a new environment and right now, she is the queen with a very kind and gentle attitude :)
