Friendly and very accommodating

Very good customer service, politely and helpful, patience to test my eyes sight.

Bad customer service , Snobbish shop owner , customer not allowed to sit down in the shop to wait for photocopy and lamination if not buying their optical products.

My reading glasses were lost somewhere between Singapore and Batam Island and as I was away for two weeks wanted new glasses instead of the spare magnifying ones I was using. On googling Opticians in Singapore I decided to visit Berlin Opticals at Peninsular Plaza. My visit to was a very pleasant experience and was blown away by the service offered. The two ladies (I wished I had asked their names) bent over backwards to assist me in finding the right frames and must have pulled out over 50 to ensure I was happy with what I chose. As I did not have a prescription my eyes were tested before having the glasses made up. I initially went in for one pair but when I went back to pick up the first pair I was so happy with my frames and lenses that I purchased another 3 pairs for my family members. Glass were made within an hour except for mine which were more complicated and took two hours to make. Furthermore, I received a good discount. Couldn’t believe she even took off a discount off the first pair when payment was made for the others. Nice modern glasses at a good price with excellent service. Intend to return on my next visit in November.

This was the first time I have used Berlin Optics for their contact lens service. The customer service throughout the whole process was top notch. They were very friendly, speedy in service, helpful and professional. I brought empty boxes of my prescription. I was told it would take 2 days to fill (which was no problem), and they would send me a text when ready to pick up. They under promised and over delivered. -I received a text message the next day, notifying me that my order was ready. -They provided an extra pair to use first, to test out if there were any issues (and there aren't). -They informed me, when I'm ready to refill my boxes. I can send in a text to place my order. I am confident in their service, absolutely recommend their service and I use them for future eyewear needs.

Uncle was very patient as we went to and fro between is the green or red background clearer for assessment of my eyesight. The aunty and their daughter recommended me frames based on my face shape and skin tone and graciously let me try out what I had originally set my mind on. In the end, I agree their professional advice was better. They also gave me an education on blue light lens, multi coat and did a simple experiment to assure me. This is one place you needn't (and shouldnt) ask for discount. The turn-around was very fast. They told me to return in an hour. I did and everything was ready. Oh ya, they also provide ic photo - taking service too and didnt need you to buy minimum 16 pieces at one go.
