The lady boss is a horrible person. She verbally abused my kids who are 5 and 10 of age while they were walking along with me pushing their kick scooters at about 1.30pm on 20th february 2022 to buy lunch at this coffeeshop. Please take note they were just pushing gently their scooters along at walking pace. I was right beside them when she shouted at my kids that scooters are not allowed. My kids got scared n I had to shout at her to stop shouting at my kids. She kept shouting and i told her to relax. Then she showed me a paper pasted at the side of the wall that shows scooters are not allowed. This was on the end of the coffeeshop whereby we were already walking towards the last shop to buy our lunch. There was another customer who defended my kids saying that they were not riding the scooters. But she continued shouting at that customer too saying she is the owner of the coffeeshop and she has the right to state her rules. That customer also started telling her off that she is very rude. I asked the chicken rice shop worker where i bought my lunch whether she is the boss .. he said, Yes and she is always like that shouting at people and they can't do anything about her as she is the lady boss. I totally understand that riding scooters in crowded places is not right. However, pushing a scooter along is not a crime according to law and she had no rights to shout at my children who did not commit a crime. She might be the owner of the coffeeshop but it it is totally wrong n unacceptable to abuse the patrons. I wanted to call the police for her aggressive behaviour but i did not want to put my kids through further ordeal with this unstable woman. And not surprising, I saw that she has alot of people complaining about her abusive behaviour in google reviews. This lady boss's abusive behaviour towards the public who are walking along that coffeeshop is totally intolerable. It might not be even a customer of her coffeeshop. She was rudely shouting that she is the lady boss and she has the right. I feel that this is totally not acceptable. My children have been traumatised by this random woman who suddenly shouted at them for following rules as not to ride scooter when they are people. I have seen people pushing bicycles along that stretch n i do not understand why she got so triggered wif the same action of a kick scooter.

The hokkien mee here is power Full of umami chilli very spicy Popiah portion very big and cheap. Spam of ingredients nasi briyani is ok Maggi goreng normal

Been here a few times without any issues. Today however, I had the "pleasure" of meeting the short haired lady manager that everyone talks about. She is clearly racist. She was harassing this Indian family that weren't doing anything wrong at one of the tables, literally hovering over their table like a vulture and making remarks as they were eating. She scolded me as soon as I got up to leave as i didn't clear the plates from my table fast enough, but said nothing to the Chinese guy who left his plates and walked away.

Food is alright but the coffeeshop owner is horrible! Elderly lady with short crop curly hair and dressed in her own clothes, can be found behind the drinks counter. She will randomly come out from behind the counter to scream at kids and families who are simply walking past with scooters! She also pretty much shouts and scolds everyone else for every random possible reason. Always such a horrible experience. Something needs to be done about the owner.

EXTREMELY POOR Service. From the Lady in Red. Who was the cashier at the drink stall . Shes very Rude no Customer Service proffesional . I was about to order Drinks. I know i have no small Notes. If she cant accept the Big note. Can tell me nicely . But the way she said to me. Was horrible my scariest Experience. She told " YOU DON'T COME HERE GIVE ME BIG NOTE. JUST TO GET SMALL CHANGE. GO OTHER PLACE.. AND SHE ROLLS HER EYES. i was like .. what i did to her?? Pls train ur staff .. if cannot accept $50 notes. Say nicely.. may God bless the auntie in Red ?

In order not to have my noodles covered by the ingredients, I brought 2 boxes to purchase the vegetarian food. The lady told me they will charge separately if I segregate my noodles and ingredients, I asked why and she said is their policy, end up this cost me S$17.70 for the pic shown!!!! 3 ingredients + noodle + 1 pohpiah!!! When I asked how to arrive at that price, she refused to answer and there is no other customers behind me. Super ridiculous attitude!!!

The uncle serving the drinks is rude to almost all the customers on queue. Someone asked him to separate different coffees and he said, you cannot see color meh?" When I gave him money, he also ignored me. Really attitude problem I had the nasi lemak there and it was so so only. The food was tasty but the dishes did not seem fresh. Not only that, there was a fly in it. Nothing special here. Lower than average coffee shop.

First time visit the place, tried a long q prawn hokkien mee. Love the chili! Attached photo = $4 (S). Smart way of packing the chilli and pork lard, it wont mixed with the noodle. No wonder never ask me if want the chilli or not.
