When I returned to the store, Rizal had gone for his dinner as it's the fasting period. He actually stopped his dinner and attended to me. Super good service and polite. He was able to give me recommendations and even set up for me. Great job Rizal.

The salesperson (Simon) patiently explained the features of each brand to us, and very willingly helped us out when we had a change of mind even though he had placed the product at the counter. Will definitely choose to get our appliances at WWP outlet because of the service.

He helped us setup the laptop and we are extremely happy with his service. Thank you Best for having faith in hiring seniors like uncle Henry. I'm impressed by his product knowledge on the range of dehumidifiers available as i was trying to figure out which one would he suitable for my correct usages. In addition, Simon is able to pay attention to details such as how to care for the product as well as how to use the product. Best part is he called me back after i had already left the store to remind me not to immediately used the product after delivery is made to my house as i need to let the product's compressor to settle down, so that it will not endanger anyone or be spoilt. This is so thoughtful gesture! Thank you lots. I definitely enjoy shopping in this Best Denki branch with staff like Simon around to serve us. Keep it up!

Great help from RM Danny and his colleague Rizal who managed to bring my item to the Waterway Point when it is not available at the store. Rizal also kept me in the loop and informed me the moment the item arrived at the store. Danny was very patient and helpful to sort out the price issue for me. Thanks to them I managed to get my item. Also not to forgot the lady at the cashier who patiently assisted me with my vouchers. Great work guys. Once again thank you to all who assisted me.
